Does your organization do drug testing?

    No. Drug Free America Foundation is a drug prevention organization. We further our cause through education, training, partnerships and drug free workplaces programs.

Is your organization affiliated with the Partnership for a Drug-Free America?

    No. We are joined by the same cause but are not affiliated in any way.

Does your organization lobby?

    Drug Free America Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization, not a lobbying entity.

Is your organization supported by government grants or privately funded?

    Drug Free America Foundation was founded by Ambassador and Mrs. Mel Sembler through private means and now performs special projects, drug abuse education and prevention and drug free workplace programs through tax-deductible contributions as well as federal grants and contracts.

Does Drug Free America Foundation work outside the US?

    We have divisions – the Drug Prevention Network of the Americas, the International Task Force on Strategic Drug Policy, the International Scientific and Medical Forum on Drug Abuse and the Institute on Global Drug Policy – that contribute to current scholarship on the drug issue and collaborate with international partners in drug policy.

    Drug Free America Foundation is a non-governmental organization that was awarded Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations in 2006.

    Drug Free America Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and welcomes private contributions. You may send your tax-deductible donation to the address listed here, or use our donate function to support us by credit card. We appreciate your support of our efforts.

    The Order Products section of our Web site houses a complete list of products and materials we offer. You can browse and request pamphlets, posters, CDROMs, DVDs and other educational resource materials all in one place.
