The Vienna NGO Committee on Drugs (VNGOC) is seeking numerous speakers from non governmental organizations (NGOs) to present their work and positioning during the CND’s High Level Segment happening on 14-15 March. During this High Level Segment, there will be a general debate and two multi-stakeholder roundtables on the topics of “Taking stock: work undertaken since 2019” and “The way forward: the road to 2029.”
There’s the potential for 11 NGOs to speak: up to three civil society speakers may present during the general debate, and up to four could present in each of the two roundtables, time permitting.
