There is an excellent opportunity for non governmental organizations (NGOs) to have their work showcased at the International Narcotics Control Board (INCB) Civil Society Hearing 2024! During this hearing, up to 8 NGOs will have the potential to present their work and positioning on the following topic: scenarios and possible responses to the rapid expansion of synthetic drug manufacture, trafficking, marketing and consumption. This hearing will occur online sometime between 20-31 May 2024 (date yet to be determined) and each speaker will have between 5 to 7 minutes to present.
To apply, you must complete this online form by 3 May 2024, 11.45 PM CEST. Please note that the abstract must be submitted in English and be relevant and clear to the following topic: scenarios and possible responses to the rapid expansion of synthetic drug manufacture, trafficking, marketing and consumption.
