About the Presenters
Susan Hipp was selected as the Executive Director of the Network of Employers for Traffic Safety (NETS) in October 2021 and is responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of the organization’s operations and services, including international growth, conferences, the annual benchmark process, and other road safety programs and initiatives. Susan first joined NETS in 2013 as the Marketing and Operations Manager and has overseen a wide variety of NETS back-office operations and membership processes. Prior to joining NETS, Susan worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Benefits Division, in various roles including Supervisory Veterans Service Representative, Program Analyst, and Management Analyst/Human Resource Coordinator.
Jackie Terry Hughes has significant experience helping companies address fleet safety issues with a strong focus on risk mitigation. She counsels clients regarding effective fleet safety policies and the enforcement of those policies, and works closely with fleet accident management vendors to identify trends and reduce risk. Jackie also assists companies in managing claims and litigation involving corporate fleets.
